Dedicated to the memory of Tony Powell
The Society has a small museum located in a portakabin located alongside the vehicles. The museum is dedicated to the memory of member Tony Powell who's bequest of many of the items enabled us to set up a display of bus and railway memorabilia. The photo shows Tony's mother at the offical opening on Sunday 15th March 2001 surrounded by many of Tony's friends.
The pictures give you a taste of what we have. We are constantly adding to the items we hold which ranges from signs, to ticket machines, magazines and manuals.
