Passing to Eastern Counties in 1985 it became VR378 (later VR318), being allocated to many locations. It is the most modern double-decker bus owned by the Collection, passing from J. Patterson in May 2005. In 1992 it was fitted with Auto-steer air-assisted steering at the King's Lynn depot, which was later removed by D. Potter. It retained Ribble moquette seats until at least 10/92 but these had been replaced with green vinyl by 12/94.
